One Single Impression: Summer’s Day
A summer’s day is like my love.
She’s hot with wind or cool and still.
I feel her hot against my bod,
cherish that touch and wait until
the sweet reward of evening’s cool.
When still she is I love that time,
before the night, still summer’s day.
Then comes the breeze it cools us both.
She’s fresh again, now’s time for play,
that sweet reward of evening’s cool.

Painting is easy when you don’t know how, but very difficult when you do. Edgar Dégas
The same goes for my poetry attempts (don't know how, but I enjoy it!).
