Today is World Water Monitoring Day !!

Vigilance;
Vigilance;
water care
Water water it's our friend
sustainer our make up
Came from God there is no more
For our use we drink we wash
We travel we recreate
From its force power and light
Watch, care, apportion we must
Blessed resource there's no more

It is limited, and precious. Well said, Jim.
Precious and free- and yet we take it for granted.
Well said, we need that precious water to survive.
We can't survive without all the other wildlife. We emerged from the salty oceans thousands of years ago and have failed. hopefully different animals can emerge to take our place who may make a better fist of it than we greedy beasts. Nature keeps the world in balance but we in our stupidity ruin it. It's time for model 2.
Unfortunately most do not understand about the value of this life giver. Sigh.
An element we shouldn't take for granted
Yes, we must be more vigilant about what we do our water. We are mostly water ourselves.
Especially true where I live. Prone to droughts.
