Rainbow Making -- a poem for dVerse Meeting the Bar
A Rainbow to be Born
Rain rain go away
Child's wishful complaint
Raining all the day
Bow like one she wears
Make one for the sky
Multi color there
Make when rain wanes
She'll give it a name
The rain will taper
The sun reappears
Through the tapering rain
"Rainbow" it's Surnamed
Sun's traveling beam a
multicolor bow

- I am linked with Lara Bloomsburry in here dVerse Meeting the Bar, her directions were to write of the merger usage of the three words, Rain, Bow, and Rainbow, where the merger of the first two combine for a new related compound word, the third word

I was hoping someone would pick this trio...I still sometimes sing rain rain go away...A multi colored bow that arches across the sky - Truedessa
very nice Jim - love the travelling beam
That's a spectacular rainbow, Jim. Definitely a traveling beam.
What a perfect trio <3
Rainbows are the best magic the Universe paints ... I love this, Jim.
I'd have never thought of 'a multi-colored bow' when I read bow, it directly took me to 'bow and arrow' hehe.. really creative and cute, Jim 😁
I like this... a hymn for all those colors.
Wonderful image combos, Jim. Like a sunny day after the rain.
Wonderful, Jim! Love what you did here.
