NaPoWriMo 2021 Day 11 - Sunday Muse - Flying
Fly Fly
When I get big I'm going to fly
I'll buy myself an airplane to fly
Then fly myself way up in the sky
I'll fly myself so far far away
I'll leave this place and never come back
Don't cry for me I'll not cry for you

Ah to fly away.
Happy Sunday Jim
Much💛love
My daughter is working on her pilot's license. She says flying is pretty great.
ooooo...I feel like the last line opens up a mystery. Leaves me very curious. :)
Oh the freedom of flying flies high here Jim. Thanks for joining us at the Muse.
When I get big ... I am going to run away. Do not cry for me. (Love your poem today.)
Cut those ties clean Jim — best way.
This has the feel of a hymn about it, especially the ending, like someone has gone to heaven.

"I'll leave this place and never come back"... Those words have a, sort of, eerie, sad feeling to them.
