Adi Can ................... do National Start a Walk Day ... Looking At the Sky

Adi has already been walking for a long, long time. Twelve and a half years if you'd like to know.

We walk at least once a week, Adi would like to walk every day.

My cardiologist and my GP would like me to walk every day. My podiatrist said not to walk. That's two to one with Adi for walking, what do foot doctors know about these things anyway?

Oh yes, the sky, the sky. It was this blue, all over, not a cloud in sight on this pretty Texas morning.

Don't you just wish all your doctors would get together and consult each other?

It's good to walk, but at time as we grow old, too much walking, like to little walking is not healthy for us.

I think we would be better off asking Adi ...

Jim you are such a dear. I look forward to the comments you leave at all our blogs ... you seem to listen very well, so much so ---- I have been inspired to do better. Thank you.

Give my good wishes to the family, and dear old Adi.

I hear you about the walking! My cardiologst says to walk, and so does the dog, but here in Vancouver, the weather is not always on the same page! *L*

Perhaps you just need really, really good walking shoes. Or perhaps you could hitch Adi to a mush sled and you could ride along while she gets her walk.

Hope the week has been kind to you; I've been in a technological hell today. Tried to update the firmware on my cell phone and it upchucked all over and I'm now trying to reconstruct my phone book. The horror, the horror.... well, the weekend's almost here!

TGIF!

That Texas sky goes on forever as I'm sure Adi would like the walk to. You'll just have to get her to stop and sniff more.

Hmmm green fields and blue sky...beautiful shot!
I guess pet dogs are boosters for walking even if you don't like it. Wish i have a dog like Adi. :)

If I had a sweet Texas sky to stare at, I might want to walk everyday! But alas and alack, I live in an area where you can eat the sky (blech) - there's so much gunk in the air...
Thanks for your comment and have a blessed Easter!
~~~Blessings~~~
That is a beautiful Texas sky, minus the humidity you would expect in the warm weather. And Adi...taking you for a walk, it seems...
Rats on the podiatrist, what do your feet say?
Walking can't be a bad thing? Can it?
Great shot!
I do believe that Adi has the best idea. Poo on your podiatrist! Lovely blue skies, Jim.
