Poem, Sunday Muse # 123, Kansas

Kansas in the Morning

When I woke up this morning
Smile on my face there you sat
Coffee eggs and toast with jam

You were smiling too so bright
Sweet smile one I won't forget
Kine'a made me want to stay

Now I'm driving down the road
Sun in my eyes flowers shine
But you I'm thinking of still

Left my picture number too

What a lucky man to be sent off with a full tummy and a full heart! Cherish those days.

Gotta love Kansas in the morning! Now I'm hungry again, can we stop at the Stuckey's?

Love makes the sky bluer, the flowers more majestic, and life more full of sun.
