Cupid's Arrow Gotten, a Poem
My heart isn't mine anymore
Was stolen by Cupid's arrow
Clean through her arrow pierced my heart
Defeat, surrendered with no fight
On paper I drew my heart's plight
Happy heart now belongs to her
I've carried that picture always
Years and years my love forever

This is a sincere expression of love. We give all when we give our hearts this way.
Your wife is a blessed woman, Jim--but you also blessed by a woman willing to give her love just as freely as you've given yours! Sigh. Love that you write from the heart. Thanks for sharing.
This is so sweet!
You are both blessed and I'm glad for you.
Ah sweet. k.
Thank you for this lovely poem, Jim. I'm smiling from ear to ear at its beauty and sweetness. At its truth. ♥
This is lovely, Jim.
