One Single Impression: Denouement
swine time we celebrate in fall
hog calling you can enter once
pig racing calls to place your bets
and best dressed piggy rules for lunch
little greased pig it runs so scared
could get caught by brave child quite small
climax georgia—miss swine time danced
she's known when crown adorns her head

A fun poem - and cute little piggies there.
love the piggies, very clever poem, especially the denouement!
That was indeed fun. I wonder how the pigs see things.
All, I like pigs too. Both toys pigs and the real thing. I always think how cute they are whenever I eat ham or bacon. Not a vegetarian yet but one of these days, ...
I do think the pigs have fun. I raised seventeen, a litter each for two years, in high school for FFA. They were farmyard (exceeds territory of barnyard) pets.
..

You are so funny! And clever...
Thanks for this. Made me smile-
Apparently, the celebration of the pig helps the 300+ berg of Climax to swell to 35,000.
You are so clever. I love the play on words.
I'll bet the little best-"dressed" piggy wasn't happy to rule for lunch!
PS. I did not participate in this week's OSI.
