Little Guy Worries, Poem, Sunday Muse #125
Safe for a Bit?
We missed the arrow today
Reminder for 'nother day
While the children are playing
They know not harm while
they swing
Watching closely now I'll be
Could scamper, quick to the trees
Shaft's a symbol of our plight
Against them we cannot fight

Cautious little fox Jim, accumulating life lessons.
Smart fellow. Make for the trees!
A fox that knows what to do to survive. Nice write Jim. 😊
poor fox
Missed an arrow today, I think the fox has learned when and where it is safe. I think in today's' world we are all learning to dodge that invisible arrow.
Gah, arrows and foxes make me sad. Glad he scampered away, and survived another day.
Re your "solution" to Blogger problems, what you suggested works but in small print it says "until September", which means sooner or later we're saddled with this new format. I simply CANNOT find a way to edit text, center it, readjust it in any way. It's absolutely maddening.
Lesson from a feather...love it
I have tried, I honestly have .... so damned frustrating I may stop dreaming poems for a bit. And really try to master the format.
This is a poem that only a fox could compose ......
I like the feather as the fletching of an arrow that missed. Nicely done.
