Hey was that the one we didn't participate in? I have a little mascot bear from that Olympics :0)
Have a great end of the week Jim!
I know the pollution but still an image to be shared! Love it.
Yes Jim, I actually have four rocking chairs across the front porch to watch my sunsets.
Looks like great fun! Sky pollution or not. there's a lot of that going around.
Oh my! I hope you didn't try to hold your breath for too long!
Hope the pollution stops in the near future...still, great photos!
Pollution or not pollution, great photos. Happy SkyWatch Friday.
Good choice for SWF, Jim. Nice shots. :-)
Well done
Dang that really is a lot of pollution. That ride would scare the heck out of me though :)
Yeah, that looks like awfully polluted, smoggy sky. But great pictures though.
Hi Jim
Don't worry about the lack of Sky in these as they have their own interest... Sky Pollution is a good way to describe it.. :O)
Tom
Still the pictures are awesome. Thanks.
Very striking shots for skywatch.
IN Utah, Salt Lake they have that problem hubby saw a dark smoke from a factory and the air is stink...TC
What an interesting view ..I have never been to Moscow but I hope it is not as polluted now!
amazing ... so cool that they still use the things they built for the olympics and did not just let them decay!
I have a set of dolls that were made in the ussr and have the USSR lables in them I treasure them because of where and when they were made!
The inversion layer can be seen by the angle of the plumes on the smoke stacks. Not very nice air to breathe , but if you call it fog, it makes for nice pics.
That is a lot of pollution.
Drat! That pollution...whites out my sky sometimes, too. Thanks for these views, Jim.
