Mirror subject Poem -- for dVerse Quadrille
Miror, Mirror
Mirror, mirror, on the wall
Do your magic, make me tall
Make me short or make me thin
Make me plump, it's all within
Remembering good old days
Playland park was meant for play
Load the car, rides'r outdoors
Visit the magic mirrors

Oh yes, those funny magic mirrors at the amusement park!
Such fun memories! You are right it changed us in very wierd ways. Glad my bathroom mirror doesn't play those games with me!
I love those mirrors. They make me laugh.
Fun invitation for mischief and play. Yes!
Load the car, rides outdoors
Visit the magic mirrors
What fun it was to see ourselves transformed into various shapes and sizes immediately and accompanied by the loud laughs. Nicely done Jim!

Well done poem, Jim.
This is a really fun take on the prompt.
haha - This reminded me of the house of mirrors - distorting one's image in the looking glass. They were sometimes tricky to navigate through. Seeing way too many of me at once. haha...
Sorry - That was me Truedessa
great poem
A magic mirror spell is great fun, Jim! I must try it out.
I remember those figure distorting mirrors at fairs! A fun verse, Jim.
I love magic mirrors, the nuttier the better ... and I enjoyed how you used them in your quadrille.
I used to enjoy those mirror mazes until I found out the trick of looking down toward the floor and find my way without being tricked.
Love how you captured the sensation in your poem Jim
Lovely and light-hearted!
