A Post Card From Us (a postcard Prose Poem attempt)

To our Dearest Daughter,

 -- (She) We are both doing well but as the photo shows / some health problems have arisen / He has developed a pot belly, we call "Belly Welly" and my memory has slipped.  Memory xxxx 

 -- (He) Her memory surely slipped, it's "Early Onset Dementia," commonly called a "Memory Fog". And my stomach is "Billy's Belly Deli O"

 -- (She) that's us anyway, like he say / our REAL PROBLEM is  

WE NEED TO COME LIVE WITH YOU !!!

The prompt is based on Robert Hass’s remarkable prose poem, “A Story About the Body.” The idea is to write your own prose poem that, whatever title you choose to give it, is a story about the body. The poem should contain an encounter between two people, some spoken language, and at least one crisp visual image.
