Day 03 NaPoWriMo 2019

Time is a word we revere
There once was time unnoted

A time when we didn't count ,
time we spent with another

A time of story exchange
or at night watching the stars

Then there was plenty of time
We didn't charge or collect
 _ _ _

As time passed time became scarce
Commodity bought and sold

Merchandise handling charges
to be expected like tips

Lost time lawsuits recovered
Waiting time, preparation

Bible time, Solomon's time

"There's a time for everything, for every activity
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,

a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,

a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,

a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,

a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,

a time to tear and a time to mend,

a time to be silent and a time to speak,

a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace."

(Ecclesiastes 3, verses 1 - 8, New International Version, https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Ecclesiastes+3&version=NIV

time ... I think the older we get the more we cherish the time where we slow down, don't glance at our watches, don't "charge or collect"
