Lady Problems -- a Flash 60 poem

Lady Problems

Lady on the flying trapeze
Circus came and we left
My love, secrets are out
Came to fruition I thought

Went to London
for Trapeze School
Played more than studying
Fell in love with a taxi driver

You can't have two lovers
or, neither should know
Trapeze flyer discovered
she flew the coup

Be sure you've got wheels

Her instructions:  "Step right up and let the following vintage photos take you back to the circuses of days gone by. Be delighted!  Be amazed!  Be inspired . . . and write a poem of 60 words or less."  My work is exactly 60 words including the title.

The wheels make all the difference if you make such a choice.
