Moderation is the key

Don't over do things
Moderation is the key
Nutritionist warned
 
Fourteen years ago
AAA was then repaired
Stent graft did the trick
 
Golf two times a week
Fourteen years retirement
Out of bed at eight
 
Lead active life
Travel, do my bucket list
Be happy, worry not

Jim, you are right. At our time of life moderation is the key, and keeping moving. Thanks for your wonderful poem and the beautiful photos. Also for your notes. I admire your positive attitude. I face eye challenges too. Which will one day be a problem as I dont know how to write poetry without a keyboard. Might have to relearn! It is wonderful that you had the opportunity to travel to London so many times. I envy you seeing the Abbey Road studios!!!! Thanks for taking part in the challenge.

I used to work for World Cancer Research Fund (a sister company of AICR) in London, so the word 'moderation' is etched into my brain... Really like the positive tone of your piece here! Very nice!
