Hi guys, guess I should tell. Just wanted to show our north of Houston, Texas, environs.

Our house backs up on the golf course, the bottom home backs onto our Lake Conroe. And it cost a whole lot less, lot and house both.
Home is to the left of that little island and the point jutting out.
We are through those trees and up the small hill--abut three blocks from the water.
In the winter when there aren's so many trees with leaves, we can see a little water "down the hill."
..

I would have guessed that the waterfront shot was your neighbors. Those always come at a premium. I think the 3-block walk is worth the savings, and you'll probably live longer for the exercise.

Ooh, what an amazing place to live! You are quite the lucky man, Jim!

I'm glad you shared these: they all seem to have a certain peacefulness to them.

*agrees with jams* Yes, your house is in a nice area. But I'd guess your neighbors, with their five-times-the-cost house, has the waterfront view. Yes?

The best of both worlds, for both of you.

Oh my! I would take either one, regardless of the cost. They're both so beautiful. It's a hard pick though. More for the water view or for living on a golf course? Hmmm.

Both look like winners to me. It always makes the day better when you look outside and see something nice, doesn't it?

Wow ... I would take any of them. My view is of a busy street and a high school. Not nearly as peaceful. Happy WW: http://tinyurl.com/6yd4jm
