Rizz leads to ??? -- a Poem for Friday Writings
She Had the Rizz
She was cute, cute as a bugs ear
She had the rizz to go with it
She'd wag her tail and boys would fall
She had the rizz, just waged her tail
She made her mother cry in joy
She had been a gift for her mom
She met a guy who loved her rizz
She was wooed as she heard his verse
She called his words kudos for her
She dreaded day Daddy comes home
She wondered will boy he approve
She'd bite her lip and hide the rizz
She worried too about her boy
She dreaded their meeting the most
She lived those thoughts. Oops here he comes
She heard this greeting, "Daughter dear,
my how you've grown, tummy the most"
(a sigh between these lines)
I hope I will be called Grandpa"
Note: I had this mother rabbit in our backyard in mind when the words were coming out.

I have quite often used the word "rizz" as a colloquialism in place of "risen" and "arose" to mess with my 'grammar wise' friends.

Ha ha, as you say, it happens. Quite often to rabbits, I'm told.
LOL... I like it more as a rabbit story!! And rizz as colloquialism for "risen" is quite interesting!!!
Hide the rizz. Rizz gone fizz or sizzle.
Funny, oh how I had those moments with Daddy!!
Dr. Jim! You slay me with these witty poems! In a good way.
Rabbits certainly have extra rizz! As their ever increasing population suggests, they are irresistible. 😁
Reminds me of (I think it was a Carol Burnett spoof) where in Mame Peggy Cass as Agnes Gooch sang "I could have danced all night" but in the spoof a very pregnant Agnes Gooch sang "I should have danced all night."
I love it as a rabbit story! Well done, Jim.
First I thought it was about a dog, then about a child...it's a rabbit?
I'll accept "human godmother" but this sort of thing is why I don't refer to people as their pets' "parents," no matter how young the animal is.
