Glenn Frey, in Tribute
_ _ _ _ _
For Glenn Frey;
My Desperado
My Desperado
Billy Joel sang, "Only the Good
Die Young". Glenn Frey,
Die Young". Glenn Frey,
he died a golden age
Sixty-seven years-too soon
'There's a "New Kid in Town''
His 'I'm "Already Gone"'
Didn't mean his passing,
"Peaceful Easy Feeling"
"California Hotel"
and "Life in the Fast Lane"
Earbugs all, favorites
In our hearts forever

So true.. even earbugs can be loved... Just layer them with those rare songs that makes you love them again. If I get an overload of earbugs I always put on Kashmir by Led Zeppelin... that song I will never get tired from
It is so sad to learn of the passing of another musical icon. The world is poorer than it was 2 weeks ago.
There could have been more gems if he had been around longer. Somehow the 'good die young' is a real dilemma!

Take It Easy, Jim. :)
I wrote a tribute to Glenn Frey as well. The Eagles were very special. They defined the seventies. Take it to the Limit Jim :)
He was so gifted. We surely have lost a lot of good ones this month alone.
