a Poem for Sunday Muse -- This Misguided and Misbehaving Lamb

Mama, there's a lamb on our table
He's standing there, I can't make him leave
Be careful my son, it's a lion
A lion standing, dressed like a sheep
He's done us dirty, has fooled a lot
especially children, gullible ones
In turn he has failed, his trusted ones
The children said "go", but leave he won't
We can't make him leave, the owner will
Courts and militia, will come to aid

I hope courts and militia come to our aid.....just worry about the damage he is being allowed to do between now and January.
The metaphor here is strong and well done Jim! Glad the image struck your Muse so bravely.
LOL!!! NICE ONE JIM
Much💝love
This ‘sheep’ will attempt to undermine everything Mr. Biden does ... biding his time till 2024 when he can run again.
That's a shivery little fable for this morning. Perfectly understated and clear.
Very nice! I was called a sheep just yesterday when I called out a couple for not wearing masks. Me, the sheep? Hardly!
He reminds me of Jim Jones, who led his people to Guyana and eventually convinced them to drink the poison Kool-Aid. Amazing how people can be so blind.
I sure hope so!
Ha - A lot said there...
We can't make him leave, the owner will
Courts and militia, will come to aid
An apt close, Dr Jim! Yes, why is it so difficult for him to let go?
Hank
Ah, very clever, Jim!
