That's about as cool as cool gets. We came across some antique toys at the Gunn Museum in Washington, Conn., and we were fascinated. God bless.

I love those old toys. Kind of looks like a cross between a dog and a turtle. But what really caught my eye is the quilt it's on. My MIL made a quilt of all the states that I have...

What a cute toy! We have an exhibition of toys from the past, right now in our museum. Looks like I have to make a trip down to take pictures. ^-^

I haven't seen one of these in years. How cool. I so remember and had one way, way back when. Grammy gave it to me. I haven't a clue where it is now. What a shame. Have a great WW. :)

That's so sweet, reminds me of my wind up circus clown in his horse drawn cart, although the way Scotty moves I reminds me of a turtle.

Kids today don't have the opportunity to imagine like we did. Everything is done for them. And they don't read...
Good reminder.

Too bad kids don't get entertained by stuff like that anymore, at least not for very long.

My Wordless Wednesday post is up too! :)

They don't make toys like they used to - and that saddens me. Thanks for this rich trip to a place I thought I had forgotten.

Hope you have a wonderful WW. I've posted my

contribution here and hope you drop by for a look

around:
