Lines, three sevens and one five
Syllable count, that we do 
Reminds me of dodo bird 
Dodoitsu form

My poem form for dodo bird 
Goofy bird brunt tales galore
Friendly bird, trusted too much 
Extinct, ate by hog

The dodoitsu often focuses on love or work with a comical twist. ... I haven’t found any word on whether dodoitsu traditionally have titles or not."
