Poem ~~ a Warning

Foundation Ills

Begging your pardon Maam
but your foundation shows
It isn't a good show

Stones cracks sandy soil
I predict your house falls
Another year perhaps

Big pebbles in cement
like xrays of your heart
Nasty filthy language

Cracks at the corners cry
Untruths and lies abound
Hidden defects await

Sitting on shifting sand
Cheating fraud and swindling
Greed and self serving sink

Like winter's falling house
House with poor foundation
Your businesss will come down

  1. Well, Jim Jim Jim Jim. It seems your finger stuttered, but you succeeded at last....from corsets to portacheres!
