Don't tell, do me in
Poised and perky, Tesla coil
I'm easily shocked

- today I'm linked with Mama Zen at Words Count With Mama Zen. Her instructions were, "Shock me . . . make me feel better! Or, worse. Or, whatever. Just shock me . . . in 77 words or less." I'm sure this little 13 word Senryū (some people will call it a Haiku) won't shock her. - This is a very busy day for me so unless I write something else in a hospital (Mrs. Jim testing) or gymnasium (KP, gymnastics) where I'm going today and tonight there won't be more. - Perhaps you made a Tesla coil in a science or physics class. They are a fun demonstration of stored electrical power (voltage) but not to useful in ordinary day-to-day electronic devices.
- Read until you drop, it won't shock you, from the Wikipedia article (link) or just Google (link) for some pretty Tesla coil pictures and other ideas and uses concerning the Tesla coil.
- BTW, the Tesla Car is named after the inventor, Nikola Tesla.
I think it's a pretty neat take, Jim! Hope all is well with Mr. Jim.
