Ode to a Fruit
Oh that I'd eat all the fruits that I like
But baked in a pie they are O so good
Oh that I'd eat all the fruits that I like

It is so easy to have a love affair with fruit, they are entrancing much like a tart!
A lovely ode to quince — I like your rhymes and how you give them a certain personality. Very well penned! :-)
I would like to taste quince pie one day.
I love the rhyming.....i have never tasted quince.
This is such a wonderful ode, Jim! ❤️
I've never eaten a quince, raw or cooked, but you make the pie sound yummy. Great job with the ode. I like that you put Van Gogh painted himself a bowl of them and the picture
