A borrowed sunset -- Looking At the Sky

I'm saying borrowed because it wasn't taken from my back door. This pretty sunset over the water was from a balcony of a house being built over on the lake (in our Texas subdivision, Bentwater).

Looking straight down, I almost got sea sick. The little waves were rolling up to the bulkhead. So IF we lived here I would always look out, not down.

Maybe more of Jim's European Holiday posting next week. I have been having a VERY busy week and it isn't nearly over yet.

  2. That is an amazing view! I love the clouds out over the water.

We always enjoyed looking at the new houses being built in our neighborhood. There aren't too many any more, and none of them had views like this.

  5. I didn't even consider lakes in Texas, only thinking of the gulf as a Texas watering hole. It's good to learn a bit more about the Lone Star...

That is a wonderful water view, one I would never tire of!

  7. Lovely view ;--)
Beautiful photograph too. Thanks for your visits to Small Reflections and your encouragement to participate in OSI again. With the classes I'm taking and other real life responsibilities, I've had to cut back on some things ... but I would like to get back into the weekly routine and appreciate you bringing it to my attention ;--)
    Hugs and blessings,
