I did a double take when I saw this guy. He was stopped beside us at the stop light but before I could get my camera turned on he was up ahead. I had to use the zoom X 3 feature, I hope you don't mind the degradation in quality. I was just glad to document this.
Taken in Guatemala City on November 1, 2008, on our way to the airport.
Don't you wish your MacDonald's would deliver!
..
Yep, the Big Mac:
Two all beef patties
special sauce, lettuce, cheese,
pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.
McDonald's delivers there and not here. I'm lodging an official complaint.
Have a great WW Jim. Big hug. :)
they sell chicken pieces in Panama though :)
they do so here too!
I've never seen a McDonald's delivery before - They don't deliver in the UK.
We have to salute to them cos they deliver warm foods to us no matter rain or shine :)
I'm surprised they don't deliver there, Jim!
I didn't even notice the loss of quality from zooming. It's a must-have shot, no matter how you get it. Even better than McDonald's delivery, I had Taco Bell deliver the other night! Well, really, it was my cousin-in-law dropping off food that he picked up for me.
Happy WW!

We need one of those in our town....Happy WW.
They don't deliver at home here either. Lucky people at Gautemala!
That's totally cool! I hope the food holder is well sealed against the exhaust :)
I've posted my WW contribution as well. It's polar opposite to yours!
I would have done a double take as well! Funny how McD's has special, local adaptations in different places. In France you could get beer and wine at McD's, and here in Hawaii they have saimin (ramen) on the menu. So, I guess the adaptation for Guatemala is delivery!
McDonald's deliver in the Philippines, but sometimes it takes an hour or more for you to get your order.
I hope they deliver faster in your areas. :)
Happy WW!
After thinking it over, it doesn't seem so weird. All the sandwich shops downtown deliver... why not MickyDees
McD's really going everywhere! Happy WW! :)
Chuckles...Happy WW!
Hey. I called this number and was so surprised to have my Quarter Pounder, fries, and Coca-Cola delivered to me in the High Desert of Colorado.
The burger was a bit cold and soggy and the ice had melted in my coke, but considering how long it took him to get it here from Guatemala City, I was impressed.
This is a riot!! Thanks for making me smile today! Happy wordless Wednesday. Please come check out my offering at:

Thanks!

Wow. That's crazy - they deliver.
Happy WW. Check out my Scenes of Autumn and Vote for me. I’m a finalist in a Blogging Scholarship. Visit this link and select Danielle Lee.
Thank You very much.
I can't believe this Delivery phenon has hit everywhere else but the US. Our people are certifiably lazy enough to get Mickey D's delivered.
Amazing. I think I'd be in big trouble if they delivered here. :)

Its bad enough that we eat it in the car on the way somewhere ... not at home too!
Fun shot!
I have two this week:

and
http://www.brownstudies.wordpress.com
As always, I love visitors to my main blog http://www.twobarkingdogs.wordpress.com but I couldn’t be wordless today!
Come on that is too funny.
Thank God they don't deliver here.
I'm back to let you know that "Recipe for Disaster" has been continued at my place...and I had to giggle at your comment mentioning torching them. You'll see why if you have a chance to come back.
I have responded to your comment in detail. Thanks for all the advice.
And now, I shall go looking for those photos of the alligators I took living here in the Swamps of Colorado...and you didn't know there are swamps in Colorado.
