Legacy
Legacy
.
Legacy's on my mind.
I like your antique car
Like it so very much
When you can't drive no more
Then I'd like you give it me
I'll take good care on bumpy roads
So would you will it to me
He got it when old Mr. Ericson died
Him like
I would take good care

ah jim. my dad had a 49 buick in his garage when he passed. unrestored and in great shape. i’d have loved to drive it around, but it wasn’t in me to do th work to get it going. alas mom sold it for $5000
ReplyDeleteThanks for capitalising the first words of your lines, so we can see what you intended. If this is not fiction, my commiserations about the car; I can imagine younger you hankering for something like that.
ReplyDeleteSorry your machine is not cooperating with you. LOL, I've never been a car person but I do admire the level of knowledge and dedication people bring to the hobby.
