There's something about Red
that I don't know
I don't understand
"see and like it"
Or dastardly fear
It goes like this
Red dresses attract
reasons can't say
Devil's reminded
Red suits on men
Mix with white and blue
patriotic
Great, Red letter days
always go well
Riled by another
makes seeing Red
Forehead "R" tells bad
Scarlet letter
Fire Engine Red
small boy's delight
Lipstick brilliant Red
adorns the girls
I begin to see
Red in context

It signifies so much, some that contradict, like no other color. Where would we be without it?
ReplyDeleteHaven't we seen you peeking at neighbor's cars before? That one is certainly flashy! Flashy is pretty much what red is though. The dresses you mention, lipstick, the bottom of those expensive shoes giving flashes of red while the wearer walks.
