Weekly Scribblings -- The Feeding Table

One for me
One for Sal
One for you

None for Bill

There's room at the table for four
But there's only spigots for three
Momma had one more baby than ...

More than her plumbing had allowed
Farmer Brown came to our rescue
He is used to big deals like this

I'm glad mine won't be the bottle
And Momma is happy again

Sorry, my earlier comment was a bit brief. I am guessing that this Momma is four-legged?

Hmmm. A realistic story of the rare three-spigotted cow!

Love the tinge of humour and wonder in the beginning, Dr Jim! Show of a likely choice in reality in a growing family!

I honestly don't know how many spigots goats have, but I feel for the goat who has four kids! Or the human. Or any animal except the kind that usually has litters, really.

PS, I have to say it was a valiant attempt at realism, Jim (which, interestingly enough, many people seemed to find difficult to achieve). Only the last two lines stray from the observable into the imagined.

Funny Mr. Jim ... if that's your kitchen, what are those orange fluff balls in the large glass container?
