Nice looking tenderloin. I've been to Joensy's and the St. Olaf Tap in Iowa. I found the St. Olaf Tap tenderloin a bit bigger than Joensy's. Joensy's moniker is "Biggest & Best" on their sign. St. Olaf Tap's menu says "World's Largest".
I have found a couple of tenderloins in Texas but am in pursuit of others. Suggestions are welcome.
