Please note that last week I could not get to every person who commented.
I will try harder this week.
And if I didn't get to your WW last week, I promise I will this week.

Mrs. Jim and I traveled to the Isle of Man a year ago this Spring.
ReplyDeleteMy maternal grandfather's line is from Isle of Man.
We are the Corkill family. The first day there I met a lady whose maiden name was Corkill.
Corkill is a fairly common and known name in Isle of Man.
We enjoyed our visit there immensely, we almost covered the whole country (island). Unlike Ireland and Scotland, we did not rent a car here. Rather we used the very adequate public transportation system.
..
I do not know what year this car is, but my guess is the late 50's or early 60's.
..
Never seen this car before, but it is cool :-)
ReplyDeletesuch a cute car!!
ReplyDeleteHubby love vintage cars ...I am wordless....perfect shot! Hope you'll visit my corner too.
ReplyDeleteThe Isle of Man is a piece of heaven! This is a lovely car. It certainly is in good shape!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely old Moggy! Happy WW
ReplyDeleteOooo... what a cool car and I love the colour! I want a ride!
ReplyDeleteNice shot of a classic.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool car. Glad you enjoyed your trip to your homeland. I love vintage cars and this one is no exception. Have a great day Jim. :)
ReplyDeleteCool car. I came for Ruby Tuesday, but since there's a little bit of red in this, it counts.
ReplyDeleteSuper cool.
ReplyDeleteI had a friend who had a Mini Minor once. I think that's what it was called anyway... a little bigger than the Mini Cooper (which, face it, doesn't require much).
ReplyDeleteNeat cars, but like pretty much everything British Leyland built at the time... be prepared to do a lot of pushing. My '74 Austin Marina got push started about as often as not.
Cool shot!
Ooooooh I love the car!!! I'm so into vintage stuff.
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
My WW entry is here.
Great shot...Happy WW.
ReplyDeleteThat one piece of gem! Happy WW! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is one neat car. On rust spots on it...
ReplyDeleteI do not miss "The Homestead" I never looked back when we moved. We live in a 2 bedroom apt. now. Love it and so much easier to keep after.
Thanks for your speeding over for a visit.
I think I had a senior moment. I came back to complete my answer and it ended up on the Autumn post about your cute little doggy. Maybe, you can figure it all out on your own...;)
ReplyDeleteNice color of the vintage car, original or freshly painted?
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
What a great shot - beautiful car. :D
ReplyDeleteHappy WW! That is one kewl car!
ReplyDeleteI invite your blog readers to see Anti-Sarah Palin rally up in Alaska on my WW-post this week. Not much coverage of this event in the MSM...
peace, Villager
It's a cute car, but the pea-green color is a little off-putting. I'd like to see it painted red!

ReplyDeleteAwesome color! Not sure the original manufacturer offered that shade, but if not, they should have. Happy WW!
